Leyla Jackson and Lysha Manderson Global professional services business, JTC, has announced the key appointments of Leyla Jackson and Lysha Manderson to the board of its entities in the Cayman Islands. Both Leyla and Lysha’s appointments bring valuable skills and experience to the Board of JTC Cayman Limited, further strengthening the firm’s leadership team in the jurisdiction. Leyla is a legal, fiduciary and financial services professional and a director within JTC’s Private Capital Services division in the Cayman Islands. With a broad background of experience spanning more than 15 years, including working for a global bank, a large global financial and fiduciary services firm, the public sector, an offshore boutique law firm and providing directorship services, she is well versed in the Cayman Islands’ financial services industry and its regulatory environment. A member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners (STEP), and previously a lecturer on the Cayman Islands Financial Services Institute’s practical diploma programme, Leyla is also a former President of the Cayman Islands Boxing Association.Also a director within JTC’s Private Capital Services team, Lysha joined JTC in 2022 having previously held a number of management roles with leading firms in the Cayman Islands, managing diverse portfolios of private and institutional clients, primarily in the UK, the BVI and Hong Kong. Prior to joining JTC, Lysha has held several senior management positions with Cayman based legal, trust and fiduciary firms including working for a Cayman law firm, where she held the position of Head of Registered Office Services and was also appointed to the firm’s board of directors. Having worked in the financial services industry for over 20 years, Lysha has significant expertise in the onboarding and establishment of corporate vehicles, corporate governance and entity management, leading teams to ensure compliance with Cayman’s regulatory requirements and anti-money laundering framework.
