Jen Affleck Hints She's Not Voting for Whitney on Dancing With the Stars

After Jen Affleck’s Dancing With the Stars season 34 elimination, there might be some bad blood with her fellow MomTok star Whitney Leavitt, who is still in the competition. “We love Andy [Richter] and Robert [Irwin],” Affleck, 26, said during a TikTok Live session after the Tuesday, October 28, live show, where she got eliminated. “Honestly, I’ve said since day one, ‘I’m on the show and I’m voting for Robert.’ He just has an amazing story.” Affleck continued, “I would be rooting for a former MomTok person, but we won’t get into it.” Affleck further hinted that fans “will have to wait for season 3” of The Secret Lives of Mormon Wives to explain her apparent drama with Leavitt, 32. (Leavitt left the #MomTok social media group between the first two seasons, later attempting to return during season 2.) “OK, we’ll end this Live now,” Affleck quipped, while her DWTS pro partner, Jan Ravnik, also stressed that he wanted to be excluded from the dramatic narrative. Affleck and Ravnik, 30, performed a contemporary routine on Tuesday’s broadcast, which earned a score of 32 out of 40 from the judges. They also received two bonus points for their placement in the cast’s dance marathon relay before being sent home. Leavitt and dance partner Mark Ballas, meanwhile, finished the evening at the top of the leaderboard, earning a 37 out of 40 for their jazz. Leavitt and Ballas, 39, won the dance marathon and subsequently received five extra points. At the end of the live show, Affleck was surprised to hear that she and Ravnik had the lowest total of fan votes and judges’ scores. “I think we were both shocked, but I think that’s everyone when they go home,” she exclusively told Us Weekly. “I think everyone expects to make it to the end, and seven weeks is a long time. I’m grateful that I got to this point. I’m grateful that we got to Halloween [Night] and we were able to end on an amazing note.” Affleck further revealed her lofty post-ballroom ambitions. “For me, I hope to get more into the entertainment industry,” she told Us. “Something I did growing up was I wrote music, and so maybe getting into that or maybe some acting, I don’t know, we’ll see.” Ravnik jumped in, offering a plea to various casting directors to “hire [Jen] for everything.” “Please, people, hire her for everything — all the auctions for a movie [or a] TV show,” he said. “She’s open. Me, I’m going to disappear a little bit. Maybe for a day because, of course, I need to work. There’s a lot of things going on.” Which DWTS Season 34 Celeb Left Too Early? Ravnik is a first-time DWTS pro, joining the hit TV dance competition after performing with Taylor Swift on her record-breaking Eras Tour. Upon joining season 34, Ravnik’s choreography sparked criticism from both the judges and former pro Maksim Chmerkovskiy. “I mean, look, everyone has an opinion. Everyone has a right to have an opinion,” he said on Tuesday. “Haters going to hate and whoever loves us, loves us. What am I going to do? You can’t change their mind. Everyone can have opinions, either I respect or don’t respect. If they want to stay relevant in that way, yeah, let them hate.” Dancing With the Stars premieres on ABC and Disney+ Tuesdays at 8 p.m. ET, with new episodes streaming the next day on Hulu.
