As of writing, hundreds of users have reported major issues with the cloud services on Downdetector. Even the social media platform X is flooded with gamers complaining that they are unable to play many titles, including Fortnite.The issue is particularly persistent with Xbox Cloud servers and has mostly affected Fortnite players on Xbox consoles. The official support channel for the title on the social media platform X (@FortniteStatus) has acknowledged the issue and has stated that they are actively working on a fix. They further stated that they will share an update when services have been restored.With millions of active players grinding towards finishing their pass as Fortnitemares and Chapter 6 Season 4 draws to a close, it comes as no surprise that they are vexed at this sudden outage.
