New Delhi: Accenture Strategy (India Market Unit & Global Network), Boston Consulting Group, McKinsey & Co, Bain & Co and Kearney made the highest number of offers at the first cluster of summer placement for the PGP (Post-Graduate Programme in Management) Class of 2027 at Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad.According to the institute, other prominent recruiters in the consulting domain during the placement process held on Tuesday included Alvarez & Marsal, EY Parthenon, Kepler Cannon, LEK Consulting India Pvt Ltd, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Strategy&, Vector Consulting Group and YCP Auctus.Goldman Sachs and Standard Chartered Bank were the largest recruiters in the investment banking and markets cohort."In the PE/VC domain, we saw the participation of firms like Ares Management, Blackstone Group, Faering Capital, Gaja Capital, Multiples Alternate Asset Management, Piramal Alternatives and Premji Invest among others," the institute said in a news release. American Express, Cranmore Partners and Synergy Consulting were the key recruiters in the “Cards & Financial Advisory” segment.The firms that participated in Cluster-1 comprised six cohorts: Management Consulting, Transformation & Operations Consulting, Advisory Consulting, Cards & Financial Advisory, Investment Banking & Markets, and PE/VC, Asset Management & Hedge Funds.Live EventsThe process was conducted in a hybrid model with companies joining in through online as well as offline modes.The cluster saw a large pool of recruiters offering more than 80 roles in the process.
