It's rare to walk into a shop these days and be pleasantly surprised by the price. Even budget shops have shot up over recent years, which is probably why Primark's new 'Major Find' buy is proving so popular. A new promotion from the retailer, I spotted it in stores this month and was immediately drawn to the comfy looking lounge set. Available in different colours, it includes a T-shirt for £6 and lounge bottoms for the same price. As ideal 'work from home' attire, I snapped up the fig-coloured set as soon as I saw it. The oversized fit of the top makes it really comfortable, helped by the soft material, which is 60% cotton. At just over 5ft 3, I can usually get away with regular length in trousers, but these are a good few inches too long and trailing under my shoes. I'm far from alone with this this predicament. Hundreds of shoppers have taken to social media to complain about the same thing. "Please do short leg Primark. It's 2025," said one customer, responding to a post about the lounge set on Facebook . "Really wish you would do a petite range, love all your joggers but way too long," said another, while a third added: "I’ve noticed that all of your trousers, in any style, have ridiculously long leg lengths now. I’ve bought trousers here in the past and they were a standard length. Have people got taller all of a sudden?" One thing shoppers are happy about is the price though, with one commenting: "Can we do more major finds, I’m loving this pricing like the old days."
