A popular doughnut brand has announced plans to open their seventh store in Wales. Welsh company WhoCult, which already has stores in Porthcawl , Newport , Swansea , Bridgend , Cardiff city centre, and Barry , has confirmed plans for a new outlet. Every WhoCult doughnut is handmade fresh daily, in the brand’s state-of-the-art bakery, making them some of the most loved doughnuts in Wales. They will now open their second Cardiff store at the Red Dragon Centre in Cardiff Bay . Their current Cardiff store is at the Royal Arcade. No official opening date for the new store has been revealed yet. Serving their amazing doughnuts, which include flavours such as blueberry, lemon drizzle, vanilla latte, and so much more, WhoCult also offers high-quality coffee. WhoCult originally opened as a coffee and doughnut takeaway in 2019 in Bridgend, and the business has grown from strength to strength. Scott Magill, owner and founder at Whocult Coffee + Donuts, said: "Opening our store at The Red Dragon Centre feels like a natural next step for us. "We’re thrilled to be joining such an iconic Cardiff Bay destination that’s long been at the heart of local entertainment and leisure. "We can’t wait to add our own niche, taste-driven experience, serving signature doughnuts and coffee to new faces and loyal fans alike in the heart of Cardiff Bay." Emma Constantinou, marketing manager at The Red Dragon Centre, added: “We’re so excited to welcome Whocult to The Red Dragon Centre. "Their arrival brings something fresh and distinctive to our line-up, and we know visitors will love what they have to offer. "It’s always great to see new brands come on board and contribute to the variety that makes the centre such a great place to visit." Recently, Cardiff Bay welcomed another new bakery, Cinnamore.
