Kelly Clarkson got real about not wanting to alter her appearance. Clarkson, 43, recalled a former manager suggesting that she get a breast augmentation during her Studio Sessions in Las Vegas on Saturday, November 8. While thanking her audience, Clarkson started to have a wardrobe malfunction in her sexy sheer lace catsuit, which she teamed with a plume jacket. “Are my boobs coming out? S***,” she said while adjusting her plunging neckline. “Fix boobs,” she joked. After getting her outfit back in place, Clarkson then said, “I kept that one in, Trisha,” seemingly referring to Trisha Yearwood, with whom she’s worked in the past. “See? I can filter,” she added, before going into a story about a former manager making unsolicited suggestions about how she could change her figure. “I had some dick manager one time tell me to get a boob job and I was like, ‘Why don’t you get a dick job?’” she quipped. As the crowd roared, Clarkson continued, “I was like, ‘I’m proud of my itty bitty titties! Get out of here!’ Driving your big old car, making up for it. I mean, I don’t really know, he was gross. I’ve never been there.’” The singer also shared that she couldn’t believe that her manager suggested she go under the knife. “Who says that s***? People say that s***,” she added. “They say it all the time to people in the industry. They say the craziest s***, and I’m like, ‘This is not normal.’” Clarkson then joked that people in the entertainment industry are now starting to look like “they’re in the Capitol in The Hunger Games,” referring to the eccentric style in the dystopian film series. “Calm down, just get old,” she said. “Be glad. Not everybody gets to get old, you know what I’m saying? Do you, but don’t make me do you. I like my itty bitty titties. They serve me well.” Clarkson previously opened up about getting work done and shared that she hasn’t experimented with Botox. While interviewing Allison Williams during an episode of her namesake talk show in June, Clarkson told the actress that she was “waiting for” her to check her forehead for signs of Botox after she examined Williams’ face. “I was waiting for you to look at mine,” she said, pointing at her forehead. “I definitely haven’t [had Botox]. I’m afraid,” she said. Williams, 37, shared that she’s experimented with the injectable before. “We talk about all kinds of things, not just about being parents,” she explained of her show Landlines, which was inspired by her group chat with her real-life friends. “We talk about aging, hormones and Botox and life.” Clarkson then flashed her eyes up to Williams’ forehead, which the actress quickly noticed. “You looked at my forehead. There’s Botox in there,” she quipped, admiring Clarkson’s “subtle” gesture. The singer admitted that she checked out Williams’ work — but for good reason. “Because you said Botox!” she said, noting that she still has movement in her forehead. “And I [thought], ‘Oh, it doesn’t look [obvious].’ I looked and I see a little bit of a line.”
