Health City Cayman Islands has announced the acquisition of Practice Plus Group by its parent company, Narayana Health. One of the UK’s largest independent healthcare providers, Practice Plus Group operates 13 hospitals and surgical centres across England, delivering high-quality treatment to communities, said Health City in a press release. With a history of over a million procedures, the group is recognised for its outstanding performance in key medical specialties, including orthopaedics, ophthalmology and general surgery, Health City said. “We are thrilled about the acquisition of Practice Plus Group, as it aligns perfectly with our mission of providing high-quality, affordable healthcare,” said Dr. Devi Shetty, founder of Narayana Health and Health City, in the release. “This strategic move allows us to extend our reach and impact, ensuring that more patients have access to the care they need, whether in the UK or here in the Caribbean,” Shetty added.
