A resident of Agra, Uttar Pradesh, Deepti Sharma is also a DSP from the sports quota. She is a formidable batswoman and a wicket-taking spinner. Harleen Deol, 27, hails from Chandigarh. Although she played a brilliant innings against Sri Lanka, she was not part of the final. Her mother, Charanjit Kaur, is a government employee, and her father, B.S. Deol, is a businessman. All-rounder Amanjot Kaur, 25, also hails from Chandigarh. Her mother is a homemaker, and her father is a wood contractor. Kranti Gaur, a 22-year-old resident of Ghuwara, Chhatarpur, Madhya Pradesh, took nine wickets in six matches in the World Cup.
