Former child star Floyd Roger Myers Jr., who memorably appeared on one episode of The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, died at the age of 42, his mother confirmed. Myers Jr.’s mother, Renee Trice, told TMZ that her son passed away in the early hours of Wednesday, October 29, after he suffered a heart attack at his home in Maryland. She went on to explain that Myers Jr. suffered three heart attacks before his fatal one over the course of the last three years. Additionally, Trice told the outlet that she had just spoken to Myers Jr. the night before his passing. Myers Jr. kicked off his acting career by playing the younger version of Will Smith‘s character in the hit sitcom The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air. Following his stint on the beloved show, he starred as Marlon Jackson in the television miniseries The Jacksons: An American Dream. His third and final acting credit was in one episode of Young Americans. It seems that Myers Jr. stopped pursuing an acting career at a young age, though he actively shared updates about his life on his Instagram page. In his adult years, he went on to become the owner of Dr Duct. According to the company’s Instagram page, they provide premium air duct and dryer vent cleaning services. Additionally, his Instagram bio states that he was the co-founder of The Fellaship Mens Group.
