Aemi Premium (AMP) has announced its partnership with Wema Bank and Providus Bank to provide cleaner and more sustainable power to homes and businesses in Nigeria. Speaking on the collaboration, at the official launch of Aemi Premium in Lagos, the Chief Executive Officer, Samuel Williams, said the collaboration is designed to make AMP Solar offerings available to Nigerian homes and businesses through a flexible payment scheme. Williams used the opportunity of the event, attended by distributors, business owners, partners, and members of the media, to unveil some of the company’s products, including solar panels, solar inverters, lithium batteries, security cameras, and smart locks, among others. Beyond energy provision, the CEO emphasised that the company also supports livelihoods by creating jobs across installation, maintenance, and distribution through its partnerships to enable more Nigerian homeowners, entrepreneurs, and businesses power their spaces with ease. Relationship Manager at Providus Bank, Onetoritsebawo Adejumo, described the partnership as designed to ensure that homeowners and businesses are not denied the opportunity to enjoy AMP products due to lack of finance.
