Advertisement - ISLAMABAD, Nov 3 (APP): Federal Ombudsman Ijaz Ahmed Qureshi has taken suo-motu notice of the complaints of maladministration against the Protector of Immigrants’ Office and also constituted an inspection team, which will visit the Protector of Immigrants’ Office, G-8/1, here on Wednesday to resolve the matter amicably. The inspection team, headed by Senior Advisor, Federal Ombudsman Secretariat, Ahmed Farooq, to visit the Protector of Immigrants’ Office, said a press release on Monday. It may be noted that the Federal Ombudsman has constituted this inspection team after taking notice of a large number of complaints regarding maladministration against the Protector of Immigrants’ Office, including obstacles in the travel of Pakistanis going abroad and delay in affixing protector stamps, as well as interference of agents. They will seek a viable and timely resolution to their complaints.
