You can get these right from the game’s intro or by scavenging toolboxes around your base and nearby areas. Toolboxes are scattered across the map, often found in small sheds or near camps, so it shouldn’t take long to find what you need.Get the woods (Image via Team Soda || YouTube@/RaRaRashaad)If you decide to go out searching, keep in mind that enemies spawn nearby like ducks, and other hostiles tend to patrol close to scavenging zones. Try not to wander too far from your base until you’ve got basic gear or a weapon ready to defend yourself.Once you’ve got both planks, head back to your hideout.Building the workbenchFind the building panel next to the vending machine inside your base. Interact with it to open the menu and craft it.
