By Izunna Okafor, Awka The people of Ebenator community in Nnewi South Local Government Area of Anambra State have joined millions of Ndi Anambra in congratulating Governor Chukwuma Charles Soludo, CFR, on his overwhelming victory in the just-concluded November 8, 2025, governorship election in the state. Their congratulatory message, contained in a statement issued on Sunday, described Governor Soludo’s re-election as a victory well-earned through excellence, dedication, and purposeful leadership. Ambassador Anadi noted that the outcome of the election was a clear demonstration of the people’s trust and confidence in Soludo’s administration, which, according to him, has transformed Anambra through massive infrastructural expansion, economic reforms, and inclusive governance. He said the people of Ebenator were particularly delighted that the governor’s developmental vision had reached their community, citing his first batch intervention on their terrifying erosion gully (Ibo Ebenator) site, which is one of the deepest and most dangerous gullies in Nnewi South. He described this as an evidence of the governor’s compassion and responsiveness to the plight of rural communities. “Governor Soludo’s prompt attention to our erosion menace remains a milestone in the history of Ebenator. For decades, the gully threatened lives and property, cutting off major access routes. But under this administration, we saw a visible first batch intervention, showing that we have a governor who listens and acts,” he said, further expressing optimism and confidence that the Governor will further intervene in the gully challenge and other challenges facing the community. The Ebenator PG described Soludo’s re-election as divine, coming at a time when Anambra State needs consolidation of the gains achieved so far, both in road infrastructure, education, digital innovation, and grassroots empowerment. He praised the governor’s resolve to transform Anambra into a livable and prosperous homeland through his “One State, One Agenda” philosophy. While reaffirming the community’s unflinching support for the Soludo administration, Ambassador Anadi assured that Ebenator people, both at home and in the diaspora, remain steadfast in their loyalty to the governor. “His re-election is not only a victory for the party but for every Anambra citizen who believes in good governance. We assure His Excellency of our continued partnership and prayers as he begins another tenure of impactful leadership,” he stated. Ambassador Anadi also appealed to the governor to sustain his rural development drive and ongoing transformation across the state, noting that this second term provides a unique opportunity to consolidate on the successes already recorded. “Congratulations to you once again, Charly Nwa Mgbafọr. Ndị Ebenator are solidly behind you. Let the Solution continue,” he concluded.
