Electronic Arts has held the Madden license for over four decades to improve the overall franchise with new features, like weather and QB DNA. It’s been announced that EA Studio will continue developing Madden with its renewed deal until 2030. The new deal will welcome Renie Anderson, executive VP and chief revenue officer for the NFL, as EA’s new partner to support the Madden franchise. He only sees good for the future of the new partnership with EA, which will result in an improved flow of football in the Madden series. This will also influence the company to release Madden consistently on more platforms to spread the series to more fans. “Our relationship with EA will go unchanged [with the take-private; So deeper focus on football and integration, which we’re excited about, we’re going to work together to really create a football ecosystem for fans as they think about gaming” This new partnership will allow EA to continue expanding the entire Madden franchise for the most ideal experiences, including College football.
