Disney has closed a merger to create the sixth-largest pay TV company in the U.S. Disney-owned Hulu+ Live TV has completed its merger with U. Together, the services have some 6 million subscribers in the U.S., according to a release from the company. Fubo and Hulu+ Live TV will continue to be available as separate services, Disney said. Hulu+ Live TV will continue to be streamed in the Hulu app and as a bundle with Hulu, Disney+ and ESPN Unlimited. The Fubo app will also remain active.
