Germany’s Deutsche Börse Group has opened its Global Value Centre (GVC) in Hyderabad, which will eventually scale to a headcount of 1,000 capital market engineers, developing cutting-edge systems for global financial markets. The new facility was inaugurated by Duddilla Sridhar Babu, Telangana Minister for Information Technology and Industries, here on Tuesday. The Hyderabad GVC will serve as a strategic global hub, driving innovation across Data, Artificial Intelligence, Cloud, Blockchain and Tokenisation and Cybersecurity to enhance the speed, resilience, and intelligence of Deutsche Börse Group’s global market systems. From Hyderabad, engineers will design next-generation trading and clearing platforms, build intelligent data systems, and pioneer blockchain-led financial solutions, reflecting the city’s growing strength in deep-tech innovation and financial engineering, according to a release.
