Investigator Steve Fischer has claimed he knows who moved the car before D4vd and his entourage left the city on July 29 after he reviewed neighborhood surveillance footage. Almost a month after the body of 14-year-old girl Celeste Rivas was found in the trunk of an abandoned Tesla registered to American singer D4vd, a private investigator has claimed he knows who last drove the grimy Tesla that housed the decomposing remains of the teen. Rivas had been missing for more than a year after running away from her home in Lake Elsinore, California, in April 2024. Nine days after the grisly discovery, homicide detectives raided the $4.1 million Hollywood Hills mansion where Burke had been living. Officials confirmed the search was linked to Rivas’s death and that ‘several items of evidence’ were seized.The house's owner, Mladen Trifunovic, told the Daily Mail he hired private investigator Steve Fischer after the raid to determine whether Rivas ever stayed at the property. Speaking to the Daily Mail on Wednesday, Fischer elaborated: "There were multiple of these items that could all be used together - heavy-duty tools and machinery you’d never need in a Hollywood Hills home. "I don’t know what impact these items could have on the overall narrative, if any," he continued, adding that the presence of the mysterious items appeared strange, and LAPD has been notified.In an interview with Court TV and Law & Crime, the private investigator described the items recovered from the property as "sadistic", suggesting that they could potentially be 'used to get rid of a person.' Bottles of prescription pain medication were also recovered inside, as were various items of drug paraphernalia. The condition of the home and the items found inside were otherwise normal, according to the PI.What is Celeste Rivas' cause of death?Rivas’s cause of death is still unknown, as autopsy and toxicology results are pending. They discovered personal belongings of other men and women in guest rooms, bedside tables, and bathroom cabinets. None of the women’s items appeared to belong to Rivas, he added. Fischer said he has no evidence proving Rivas was ever inside the house. However, he claimed a neighbor told him they once saw the girl sitting on the front curb, waiting for someone to let her in.Police have not confirmed any connection between Rivas and Burke, but the investigation is ongoing. Sources close to Rivas told the Daily Mail that the two were allegedly in an illicit relationship that began on social media when Rivas was about 11 or 12 years old.
