Connor Zilisch has revealed that Stefan Parsons will spot for him in his Trackhouse entry next year. Parsons is also a part-time driver who'll drive the No.7 Spire Motorsports truck in the season finale on Friday.Zilisch has had a record-setting season this year. Despite two injuries that forced him to skip races, the 19-year-old logged 18 consecutive top 5 finishes. Furthermore, he had two stretches of consecutive wins, a three-race win streak in July and a four-race streak in August.As the development driver for Trackhouse Racing, Zilisch has also been tapped for a full-time ride in 2026. He'll replace the outgoing Daniel Suarez and join the likes of Ross Chastain and Shane van Gisbergen.In a press conference held on Thursday, Zilisch accidentally revealed an unofficial detail of his Cup Series ride. NASCAR analyst Bob Pockrass shared an excerpt of his interview with the following slip-up."My spotter Stefan spotted for, I guess that isn't even announced yet, but I guess it is now. Yeah, he spotted for Ross last week and you know I feel like just getting in the flow of things and what next series is going. Look like is really cool for me."Stefan Parsons has also spotted for the No.7 Spire Motorsports Chevy in the Cup Series. This year, Parsons has made multiple part-time starts across the Truck and Xfinity Series, with his best result coming from a 12th-place finish at Texas Motor Speedway. He battles it out against his teammates Justin Allgaier, Carson Kvapil, and Richard Childress Racing driver, Jesse Love.Zilisch opened his win tally at the Circuit of The Americas. He later showed his road course prowess and won against Shane van Gisbergen at Sonoma Raceway. His Daytona win, however, came at the hands of Parker Kligerman, who took over as a substitute to help with Zilisch's recovery from a collarbone surgery.
