Just last weekend the Kansas City Chiefs received a massive boost when star wide receiver Rashee Rice returned to the field, giving star quarterback Patrick Mahomes his No. 1 target back for the first time this season. In his first game back from a six-game suspension, Rice caught two touchdown passes from Mahomes, who raved about the team’s wide receiver corps. “It speaks to the room,” the three-time Super Bowl champion said. “We have a lot of talented guys there. So, you never know where it’s going to hit. Obviously, Rashee is going to get a lot of targets and receptions, Xavier (Worthy) same way, and ‘Hollywood’ (Brown). Head coach Andy Reid confirmed it’s unlikely Smith will see the field as he deals with back spasms. He’s officially been listed as “doubtful” for the contest.
