Liam Delap is back available as Chelsea tonight travel to Wolves in the Carabao Cup, with Enzo Maresca making 10 changes to his side. Delap, who won’t play the full 90 against Wolves, is amongst the substitutes as the Blues travel to Molineux looking to reach the quarter-finals. Joao Pedro, Moises Caicedo, and Enzo Fernandez all looked off the pace against Sunderland, with Maresca admitting the trio were all playing through injuries after a hectic start to the new season, and they are handed a rest here. Levi Colwill, Cole Palmer and Benoit Badiashile are all long-term absentees, though right-back Malo Gusto returns to the side, having served a one-game suspension for his red card against Nottingham Forest. Chelsea are looking to bounce back with a resounding victory against a Wolves side whose woeful start to the season continued with a stoppage-time defeat to Burnley. Filip Jorgensen is in net, shielded by a central defensive pairing of Josh Acheampong and Tosin Adarabioyo, who captains the team. At left-back, Jorrel Hato gets a rare start, while Andrey Santos and Romeo Lavia are the double pivot. Leicester loanee Facundo Buonanotte is in at No10, with Jamie Gittens and Estevao Willian either side of him. Tyrique George leads the line. Despite admitting he would make wholesale changes to the team that lost to Sunderland, Maresca didn’t seek to downplay the importance of the Carabao Cup, with Chelsea just three games away from making the final. “It's three games away from the final. So we need to have the desire to play for that. As we said many times, we need to go game by game,” Maresca said in his pre-match press conference. “Now the first one is Wolves tomorrow, we need to be focused on them. And then, hopefully winning the game, we can think about the next one.” Starting Chelsea XI: Jorgensen; Gusto, Acheampong, Tosin, Hato; Lavia, Santos; Estevao, Buonanotte, Gittens; George Subs: Sanchez, Fofana, James, Cucurella, Caicedo, Fernandez, Neto, Joao Pedro, Delap.
