A brand new trailer has been released for the documentary about Caroline Flack ahead of its release, which promises to uncover the 'dark truth'. The two-part series will see the TV presenter's mother revisit events that happened prior to her daughter's death. Both episodes will be released on the streaming platform on November 10 . In the emotional new trailer, Christine talks to the camera, declaring that she has nothing left to lose after the 'worst thing in the world happened'. She adds: "People think they know what happened to Caroline but the reality is much darker. There is so much information the public hasn't seen. I want the truth to come out." Her daughter, the former Love Island host, X-Factor presenter and Strictly Come Dancing winner, died by suicide at the age of 40 while awaiting trial for the alleged assault of her boyfriend. A coroner determined that her mental health had worsened following her arrest, with an inquest hearing that the presenter had been "hounded" by sections of the media. Christine also talks to experts who help her analyse the case and investigation into the allegations against Caroline. A synopsis for the upcoming Disney+ documentary states: "After her arrest in 2019, she became the target of a relentless media storm. Vilified in the press and online, her world spiralled – ending in tragedy when she took her own life. "This powerful two-part Disney+ documentary follows Caroline's mother, Christine, as she investigates the truth about her daughter's final months – uncovering new shocking details, asking difficult questions, and exposing the misrepresentations, pressures, and failures from institutions and decision makers that shaped Caroline's final days." Some of the new footage shown in the trailer also sees Christine collect around half a dozen of her daughter's old phones. During that moment she is heard saying: "Her phones tell the real story." A heartbreaking voice note recorded by Caroline during her final days then begins to play, as Christine's face is reflected onto the mobile phone's screen. In the audio clip, a clearly upset Caroline is heard speaking her thoughts. She says: "I'm just really - I'm all over the place. My head doesn't know what to think at any point." A different clip plays at the end where Caroline ponders possibly making a 'documentary about all of this'. In the UK and Ireland, Samaritans can be contacted at any time on freephone 116 123.
