Denver Broncos linebacker Alex Singleton, 31, shared his love and appreciation for his wife, Sam Singleton, on her birthday on Nov. 11, and he took the opportunity to share how supportive she’s been throughout his cancer journey. View directly on Instagram The sweet message referenced the NFL pro’s battle with testicular cancer in October 2025, which he revealed to fans just one day earlier. “A little over two weeks ago, following a random test, I received a notice that I had elevated levels of the hormone hcG in my system,” he shared in the lengthy message on Instagram. “After speaking with my agent and wife, we decided to book an appointment with a urologist.” That’s where they found a testicular tumor. “Friday [Nov. 7] after playing in the Raiders game the previous night, I underwent surgery to remove the cancerous tumor and begin the road to a full recovery,” he added.
