Events for bonfire night 2025 have started taking place in and around Cardiff, but don't worry, there are still a number of displays happening this week, with Guy Fawkes night itself being on Wednesday (November 5). With many tickets selling out fast, you will need to be quick if you're looking to watch "Cardiff's biggest and most anticipated fireworks display." The event has sold out three years in a row, so booking early is recommended to avoid disappointment. Happening on Wednesday, November 5, at Sophia Gardens, both seated and standing tickets cost £15 for adults and £9 for under 17s. Gates for the event open at 5.15pm before the display starts at 7pm, giving you plenty of time to explore the funfair and eat from the street food traders on the Pavilion lawn. Lo Lounge, near the Cardiff Bay docks, is hosting a firework display over four nights in November, from November 2 to November 8. Alongside a firework display from "the best seats in Cardiff" there will be a fire show with a fire dancer, street food from Wing Stack, board games, music and drinks for all of the family. Tickets start at £10 with doors opening at 6pm and entertainment starting at 7pm each night. Promising big bangs and a wonderful night of spectacular fireworks, the Whitchurch Golf Club are hosting their annual Bonfire Night event. As well as the firework display food and drink will be on offer with the option to purchase food in advance with your tickets. The event takes place on November 5 at 7pm with tickets costing £8.50 for children and £11.50 for adults. Sully Fireworks Fiesta Sully Sports Club's bonfire event will have a funfair, food stalls, attractions and free parking. The event is on Friday, November 7. Entry is from 4 pm, with fireworks at 6:30 pm. Tickets are available at £5 per person, under three going free - tickets . Llanharan Welfare Ground, Llanharan Llanharan Community Council is hosting a free fireworks display on Bonfire Night for the people in the community to enjoy. Funded by the council, the event will take place on November 5 at the Llanharan welfare ground with gates opening at 5.30pm. Not only will there be fireworks lighting the sky, with low-noise ones to start, there will also be food and drinks stalls and fairground rides for the family to enjoy. Llanerch Vineyard, Pontyclun The Llanerch Vineyard Hotel is celebrating Bonfire Night with more than just a bang as it hosts the Fireworks Spectacular that includes live entertainment alongside fireworks. The family-friendly event on Friday, November 7, starts at 6pm with entertainment finishing at 9pm, promising an "unforgettable experience with a spectacular array of entertainment." Alongside the dazzling fireworks there will be circus performers and a dramatic fire show as well as food and drink accompanied by live music. There are a limited number of tickets left available, costing £27.80.
