BAKU, Azerbaijan, November 4. To preserve and build on the progress achieved, favorable conditions have been created in Azerbaijan to ensure the continuity of the legalization process, taking into account the strengthening of tax administration, said Minister of Economy Mikayil Jabbarov, Trend reports. He made the remark during today’s meeting of the Parliamentary Committee on Economic Policy, Industry and Entrepreneurship, held to discuss the draft law "On the State Budget of the Republic of Azerbaijan for 2026". The minister noted that proposals have been put forward to reduce the tax burden on lower-income sectors and to gradually and systematically bring the operations of the non-oil and gas private sector under taxation. "These issues were not discussed lightly, and various viewpoints were expressed. However, the document presented reflects a unified position," Jabbarov emphasized. Will be updated
