Recently, an Australian traveller captured hearts online with one such heartwarming act in India. Duncan McNaught noticed a cow that had accidentally slipped into a gutter and was unable to get out. Without hesitation, he stepped in to rescue the stranded animal. The Rescue In Action The video, shared on Instagram, shows McNaught approaching the cow. “No, he just fell in. We’re gonna rescue. Let’s go. Oh, the sacred cow in India is stranded. It’s okay, buddy,” he says. Initially, McNaught tries to lift the cow on his own, but it proves too heavy. An on-screen text overlay reads, “I wasn’t strong enough, she was heavy 2 people should do the job.” Not giving up, he calls for help, and with the assistance of another man, they successfully pull the cow out of the gutter. The footage captured the deer struggling to move through thick, icy layers. Seeing the animal in distress, the man didn’t hesitate. He carved a path through the snow, and slowly, the deer followed the cleared trail, eventually making its way safely out of the snowy trap.
