Instead of canvassers knocking on doors, it’ll be trick-or-treaters out and about for Halloween. You may have noticed some carved pumpkins at front doors, a few artificial cobwebs, maybe a cartoonish bat or two hanging about the place. Advertisement But lately, it seems like some houses and shops have been cranking the spooky dial all the way up. We get it – Halloween is the one night of the year when pretty much everything goes. However, when does spooky cross the line into genuinely terrifying? So, what do you think: Are Halloween decorations too scary these days?
