Amanda Holden looked incredible as she worked out in a pink sports bra. The Britain's Got Talent judge , 54, has just launched her new BBC quiz show The Inner Circle . But she's also been busy in gym as she was seen working up a sweat in order to beat some "jet lag". The mum-of-three showed off her epic figure as she lifted weights in the pink bra from Red Run Activewear. The TV star tied back her blonde locks so that they didn't get in the way of her session. She told fans she was trying to fight the flight fatigue as she captioned the snap on her Instagram Stories: "Jet lag = gym [laughing emoji]". Amanda has revealed she runs regularly and does yoga as well as the "Viking Method" to stay in shape. The Viking Method sees the TV star do squat thrusts, boxing, bunny hops, jumps and crawls. However, she's insisted she isn't too strict with herself and still enjoys her food and drink. She told The Times in 2023: "I am not a slave to any beauty or fitness regime because I love food too much. I eat cheese and butter and I love a drink. "But the deal I struck with myself was I have to run for my rosé wine in the summer and run for my red wine in winter. And I don’t do it because I feel I have to; I do it for my own discipline and dignity." Amanda recently filled in as head judge on Britain's Got Talent after Simon Cowell had to pull out of the first day of auditions. The BGT boss reportedly suffered an injury to his forehead and was left suffering a migraine. A source told The Sun: "Simon had a terrible headache and migraine - caused by an accidental bump on the head. He’s fighting fit now though - and was revelling being in Birmingham and back in his judge seat." However, Simon has since returned to BGT auditions. His judges this year are Amanda, Alesha Dixon and KSI, who has replaced Bruno Tonioli. Bruno had to drop out of BGT as he had other filming commitments with Dancing with the Stars.
