Dubai: The glittering grand finale of Mangalore Diva Middle East Miss and Mrs. 2025 was held on November 1 at Hotel Ramee Dream Downtown, Dubai. Organized by Priya Fernandes of Priya Fashions, in association with Dechamma Poonacha, Sabitha Carlo, and Gautham Bangera, along with core team members Pavitra Shetty and Manoj Shetty. Two days training sessions of grooming and self confidence was being conducted with the support of Rhea Gopal founder of Movementerra, Preeti Dsouza on self awareness skills, Laxmi Sherin on self confidence who also gave a beautiful indtroduction of the founding members. The evening celebrated beauty, grace, and talent among Mangalorean women residing across the Middle East.The event witnessed a spectacular showcase of fashion, culture, and confidence as contestants competed across multiple rounds; Ethnic, Fusion, and Western in front of an enthusiastic audience. Winners – Mrs. Category • Winner: Mrs. Minu Jose • 1st Runner-up: Mrs. Nayana Shetty • 2nd Runner-up: Mrs. Asmitha Kotian Winners – TIA Miss Category • Winner: Ms. Tanushree Shetty • 1st Runner-up: Ms. Shirley Crasta • 2nd Runner-up: Ms. Cynthia D’Souza Dignitaries & Guests The evening was graced by eminent personalities including Dr. Ronald Colaco & Mrs. Jean Colaco, Mr. Lanchu Lal (CEO of Astra Group), Dr. Bu Abdullah (Chairman, Bu Abdullah Group), and Mr. Kannan Ravi (Founder & Chairman, Kannan Ravi Group), who were the Chief Guests of the event. Judging Panel: The esteemed jury comprised Meena Nirmala, Bhavana Santhosh, Siddharth Shetty, Lavita Crasta, Chaithra Shetty, Savitha Anchan, and Dr. Priyadarshin, who evaluated contestants across various segments. VVIP and Celebrity Guests: VVIP guests included Mr. Joywin (Thumbay Institute of Aesthetic – TIA), Sharat Shet (S.L. Shet Diamond House), Rich Rose (Official Florist), Mr. Michael (Ivory Grand), Meena Nirmala & Bhavana Santosh (Al Inekas Beauty Salon), Resort Supplies, and Gold Link. Celebrity guests Roopesh Shetty, Samatha Amin, and Vineet Kumar added stardust to the evening, along with Guests of Honour Maher Al Khaja, Weincita Dias. Hosts and Show Direction: The event was hosted by Errol Edwin Goveas and Sweeny Maria D’Souza, The show opened with a dazzling walk by Deuela Patsy Paul, who graced the ramp in a stunning white gown designed by Priya Fashions Boutique. Contestants represented Tulunadu in the Ethnic Wear Round, followed by a Fusion Round featuring designs by Jeevan Ghatti of Mantra – Mangalore, and concluded with the Western Round, where elegant gowns from Priya Fashions Boutique took center stage. The evening also featured an energetic dance performance by the troupe Dance Central, enthralling the audience. The Winner of the Miss Category will represent Priya Fashions as its official face until the next season, while the Winner of the Mrs. Category will shine as the official face of the Mangalore Diva Event until the next season.
