EXCLUSIVE: Father-and-son acting duo James DuMont and Kelton DuMont, best known for their work on HBO’s hit series The Righteous Gemstones, have signed with Atlanta-based Formation Talent (fka People Store) for representation. James Dumont portrayed Chad on The Righteous Gemstones, while Kelton DuMont appeared as Pontius Gemstone throughout the series, which wrapped its fourth and final season earlier this year. James will next appear opposite Mel Gibson in the feature thriller Hunting Season, set for release in December through Samuel Goldwyn Films. Kelton recently wrapped his first lead role in the psychological thriller Inhuman, directed by music video visionary Fernando Lugo (Bad Bunny, Drake). In the film, Kelton portrays Peter, “a monster creeping within a boy and a boy creeping within a monster.” “I’ve known and admired James and his career from afar for years, so it’s incredibly exciting to now collaborate with him — and to represent both father and son is a rare and special opportunity, said Formation Talent President Rick Estimond. “Their talent, professionalism, and shared passion for the craft make them a perfect fit for the culture and legacy of our agency.
