However, he ended the rumors quickly and declared that he hoped to finish his career with the same team as well. Max Verstappen recalled that there were moments when he questioned his decision to keep racing for Red Bull and whether the team could turn things around. The Dutchman did accept that it was pointless to keep thinking negatively like that. Verstappen would rather look for solutions and try to solve the matter with people within the team. As such, that is exactly what Red Bull did and finally figured out the issues to resurrect their lost pace. In the end you always go through certain difficult moments. And of course, sometimes you do think, ‘Is this going to be okay, can we still turn things around?’ But on the other hand, there’s no point to keep thinking like that.
