Cristiano Ronaldo has said that he will 'soon' retire during his latest interview with British media personality and superfan Piers Morgan. The Portuguese superstar made the revelation four days after he teased a new interview with Morgan.Ronaldo, now in the twilight of his career after celebrating his 40th birthday in February, has been rumored draw the curtain on his illustrious career anytime soon. He recently signed a two-year contract with Saudi Pro League side Al-Nassr, extending his stay at the club until 2027.Speaking about retirement, Ronaldo gave an affirmative response when asked if he was considering it. He didn’t mention a specific age when he’d call it quits but stated that he’s been preparing for his future since he was 27 years old. He told Morgan:“Yes. I think soon. It will be tough, of course. It will be difficult, yes. Probably I will cry. I don’t hide my feelings. I’m a honest and open person. But I've prepared my future since 27 years old. I start to feel when I travel so many days in order with the team. I want to follow Cristiano Jr because he’s in the moment of the age that do stupid things. Normal because I did the same.
