The White knights claimed a narrow 1-0 win in the second leg, despite minimal resistance from the debutants. Tunisian striker Seifeddine Jaziri netted the only goal of the match from the penalty spot seven minutes before halftime. Dekedaha, making their Confederation Cup debut, showed slight improvement compared to their first-leg performance but failed to pose any significant threat to Zamalek's defense. Zamalek coach Yannick Ferrera rotated his squad, resting several key players after effectively securing qualification with the first-leg result. He handed starts to strikers Ahmed Sherif and Jaziri, while midfielder Abdelhamid Maali, recently recovered from injury, also featured in the lineup. Mohamed El Sayed was also included in the starting XI.
