Naman Choudhry weighed 150 kilograms and literally wanted to end his life due to constant bullying and poor confidence. However, apart from training his mind to take on challenges and succeed in them, he also trained his body to be fit. Having lost 76 kilograms in three years, Naman today works as a fitness trainer and even gives tips on weight loss on social media. “Progress is the sum of small efforts repeated day in and day out. “Fat loss is not just about losing weight but gaining confidence, strength, and a new mindset,” he wrote on Instagram. How did Naman lose weight? Hailing from Bharatpur in Rajasthan, Naman’s incredible weight loss journey has now gone viral. In 2021, Naman decided to turn his life around and embrace fitness and good health after he got fed up with being judged and taunted for being “heavy”. As shared on his Instagram handle, Naman started working out – lifting weights – and switched to a clean diet with a heavy emphasis on protein. Naman only ate homemade protein-rich food, which consisted of tasty and filling paneer bowls, and in nearly three years, he reached 75 kg, built a fit physique, and gained confidence. “A journey fuelled by sweat, determination, and a refusal to quit. Every drop of sweat, every sacrifice, and every step brought me closer to this goal. This isn’t just about losing weight; it’s about finding strength, confidence, and self-love. If I can do it, so can you. Start today, stay consistent, and trust the process,” he wrote. What was the protein-loaded diet followed by Naman? Naman’s entire weight loss journey has not just been consistent when it comes to working out but also in what he eats each day. His diet is protein-heavy; he says he eats paneer daily and sometimes makes paneer bowls along with seasonal vegetables, which not only keeps him active but also full for a long time. Here is a complete breakdown of the protein-loaded diet that Naman followed, which consists of other nutritious ingredients, like: Egg whites and whole eggs scrambledPaneer bhurji, along with fresh vegetables like capsicum and spinach Multigrain toast Soya hunks stir-fry along with toasted vegetablesBroccoli Boiled dal or lentils Stir-fried tofu tossed with vegetablesFresh cucumber and tomato salad
