WWE’s Tiffany Stratton Breaks Silence on Major Fan Concern

WWE Women’s Champion Tiffany Stratton has provided a positive update on her health status after a scary landing during her title defense on “Friday Night SmackDown.” The champion was pulled from a scheduled match at the “NXT Homecoming” special due to the injury, but she now says she is “doing good.”
On the September 12th episode of “SmackDown,” Stratton defended her championship against Jade Cargill. The match ended in a double count-out after both women went through the ringside barricade.
The Tiffany Stratton Injury Concern
Speaking on the “Going Ringside” podcast, Tiffany Stratton was asked about her injury status. She confirmed the injury occurred during a specific high-risk move in her match against Jade Cargill.
“Physically, I’m okay. Obviously, on that moonsault, it was a little bit of a rough landing. However, I was fine,” she said. “I think it was more precautionary and monitoring and seeing if anything was bad about the fall. For the most part, I’m doing good. I’m great.”
Following the “SmackDown” match, Nia Jax also attacked Stratton, laying her out with her “Annihilator” finisher. Days later, NXT General Manager Ava announced that Stratton was not medically cleared to compete at the “NXT Homecoming” special, where she was scheduled to team with Rhea Ripley and Stephanie Vaquer. Lyra Valkyria took her place in the match.
