WWE Saturday Night’s Main Event is this weekend. The card is stacked with four championship matches. Both men’s world titles will be on the line, and WWE has guaranteed a new World Heavyweight Champion. This edition of WWE’s legacy special will air two weeks after Crown Jewel in Perth, Australia, as WWE builds towards Survivor Series: War Games in San Diego, California. Top stars like Cody Rhodes, CM Punk, Jey Uso, Drew McIntyre, Tiffany Stratton, Jade Cargill, and “Dirty” Dominik Mysterio are featured on the card. Sandwiched between two big PLEs, Saturday Night’s Main Event in Salt Lake City will set the direction for where WWE goes next. Let’s take a look at my predictions and potential swerves. CM Punk Will Beat Jey Uso I think Punk needs this win, and WWE wants to run with him as champion. It’s best for business. Potential Swerve: The Vision will destroy both men. The World Heavyweight Championship remains vacant. Cody Rhodes Will Retain Cody is in the middle of his second championship run that will likely take him to WrestleMania 42. He’s not losing in Salt Lake City. Potential Swerve: Drew wins. No one is expecting Drew to actually dethrone Cody as champion, especially on a Saturday Night’s Main Event. Jade Cargill Will Become Champion It’s Jade’s time. WWE needs to cash in on her big signing from two years ago. Tiffany has had her “time” in 2025 and will have it again, but Jade needs to win on Saturday. Potential Swerve: Bianca Belair costs Jade the match. “Dirty Dom” Will Win Again Dom has to go into Survivor Series in San Diego as the Intercontinental Champion. He is on the list of top 5 most over stars in the company. Plus, there remains the possibility he faces Cena in San Diego, defending the one title that has eluded “the Greatest of All Time” during his legendary WWE career. Potential Swerve: El Grande Americano costs Dom the match. Mysterio has been friendly with The Americanos, but that could backfire. If “Dirty Dom” loses, it’s Penta’s time to wear gold in WWE.
