WWE has confirmed the date and location for John Cena’s retirement match. Cena is nearing the end of his retirement tour, which will continue at “Crown Jewel.” As for when the last match of his career will take place, WWE has announced that Cena’s swan song will be held inside Capital One Arena in Washington on Dec. 13.
Cena’s retirement match will headline a “Saturday Night’s Main Event” card. Fans can purchase tickets for the show on Oct. 17.

WWE chief content officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque shared some words about Cena’s last match as an in-ring performer in a press release.
“John’s contributions to WWE are immeasurable. There are no words that can truly relay how much he means to this business,” Levesque said. “Together with our partners at Events DC and Capital One Arena, we look forward to honoring his legacy and delivering an unforgettable send-off for both John and the WWE Universe.”

What’s Left For John Cena?
Cena’s aforementioned appearance at “Crown Jewel” in Perth will be taking place on Oct. 11. The 17-time world champion will renew an old rivalry when he takes on “The Phenomenal” AJ Styles. Cena will also appear on the Nov. 10 episode of “Monday Night Raw” in Boston.
The following week, he will make the trip to New York City for the red brand inside Madison Square Garden.
The legendary WWE superstar is also set to be a part of the Survivor Series event on Nov. 29 in San Diego. Whether or not Cena will be featured in a WarGames match before ending his pro wrestling career remains to be seen.
