WWE Raw Results: First Star Advances in John Cena's Last Time Tournament

On the hottest Raw since debuting on Netflix, “The Bulgarian Brute” Rusev defeated Damien Priest to advance in The Last Time is Now Tournament. Priest was nursing an ugly wound on his left eye, suffered at the hands of Aleister Black, who gouged Priest’s eye two weeks ago on SmackDown. Rusev beat Priest after a competitive matchup with a Machka kick. Rusev has history with Cena as they faced off at WrestleMania 31 for the United States Championship. Cena paid tribute to Rusev during his classic match with AJ Styles at Crown Jewel, applying “The Accolade” to Styles. WWE has not officially displayed the tournament bracket yet, but presumably Rusev will face the winner of Sheamus vs. Shinsuke Nakamura, which will take place later tonight. Oops!
