Worker at Louisville business near UPS plane crash describes "explosion after explosion" The NTSB said it believes the left engine from a UPS plane that crashed earlier this week fell from the wing during takeoff in Louisville. A worker from Grade A Recycling, one of several local businesses in the aircraft's impact zone, described what happened, recalling the "explosion after explosion after explosion." The death toll from the crash is now at 12 people.
