A 38-year-old woman has died and a man is in a critical condition following a three-way motorcycle crash in the Gold Coast's south overnight. Initital investigations indicate that around 8.15pm, the woman from Brown Plains was riding with a group of motorcyclists heading east on Ashmore Road. Three of the motorcyclists collided between Chale Crescent and Showcase Crescent. A 20-year-old motorcyclist was taken to Gold Coast University Hospital, where he remains in a critical condition. The third rider, a 50-year-old man, received minor injuries. Investigations into the crash are still ongoing.
