Middlesbrough assistant manager Harry Watling is expected to rejoin forces with Rob Edwards at Wolves, Sky Sports journalist Lyall Thomas has reported. The 35-year-old, who managed the Riverside Stadium side during their 2-1 win over Birmingham on Saturday in Edwards’ absence, will reportedly leave his role at the club for a move up to the Premier League. Wolves are expected to confirm Edwards’ appointment today after the Welsh tactician agreed a three-and-a-half-year deal to become the next Molineux boss last week.
