The ceremony took place on Wednesday, September 17, during the media launch of the Diaspora Summit 2025, organised by the Office of the President – Diaspora Affairs and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
According to the Ministry, the move is part of a strategy to strengthen Ghana’s diplomatic toolkit by empowering cultural ambassadors whose influence can boost trade, tourism, cultural exchange, and soft power diplomacy.
