Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center and its Roswell Park Care Network community practices will no longer be in-network for Independent Health's individual Medicare Advantage plans, beginning Jan. 1. As of July 1, 2025, patients on a Highmark Medicare Advantage plan will pay out-of-network cost-sharing amounts if they opt to receive care from Buffalo Medical Group primary care doctors.
