‘Why Are Some People Like This?’: Russian Woman Records Indian Man Littering At Wagha Attari Border | Video

Civic sense is the social ethics and unspoken norms of behaviour that individuals adopt for the well-being of their community and society. It reflects a person’s consideration for their fellow citizens, public spaces, and the environment. This has been a hot topic of discussion online for quite some time now, with many people sharing videos and photos of individuals lacking the sense of responsibility towards their own nation.
Something similar recently happened at the popular Wagha Border in Amritsar, Punjab, where a foreign tourist spotted a local man littering the site.

Later on, we see the woman expressing her disappointment over the man’s actions. “Why are some people like this?” the video caption reads.

Well, this is not the first time something like that has grabbed the attention of the viewers. Recently, Mizoram’s first-ever railway line, connecting Bairabi to Sairang, was inaugurated by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Just a day after the big inauguration, a disturbing video surfaced showing the new Sairang Railway Station in extremely dirty condition.

A vlogger posted a video showing how the station grounds were littered with used plates and trash, despite the presence of dustbins. The video highlighted how individuals ignored these dustbins, leaving the area messy.
