3i Infotech Limited had announced the Rights Issue of up to 3,77,08,165 fully paid-up equity shares of the company of face value of ₹10 each for cash, at a price of ₹17 a share aggregating up to ₹ 64.10 crore. The Rights Issue offer opened on October 7 and closed on October 27, with an oversubscription of 1.47 times (before technical and partial rejections & withdrawals) and 1.45 times (after technical and partial rejections). The Board of Reliance Power has appointed Zohra Chatterji as an Independent Director of the Company. She is a retired IAS officer of the 1979 batch (Uttar Pradesh Cadre) and former Secretary, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India. Over a distinguished career spanning several decades, and has held key leadership positions in both the Central and State Governments, including Secretary & Director of Industries, Labour Commissioner, Secretary & Director General of Tourism, and Secretary & Project Director, Basic Education in Uttar Pradesh. Unichem Laboratories Ltd has paid the fine (including interest) of Euro 16,753,873.41 to the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium, in the Perindopril matter. Saatvik Green Energy Ltd, a material subsidiary, i.e., Saatvik Solar Industries Private Ltd, has received and accepted an order aggregating to Rs 17.99 crore from a renowned Independent Power producer for the supply of solar PV modules. The Orders will be executed by the end of December 2025. Signature Global (India) Ltd has raised Rs 875 crore through a private placement of NonConvertible Debentures (NCDs) to International Finance Corporation (IFC), a member of the World Bank Group. BEML has entered into a quadripartite Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Deendayal Port Authority (DPA), Delhi Metro Rail Corporation (DMRC) and Umeandus Technologies India Private Ltd (UTIPL). Under this MoU, the parties have formed an alliance covering the Real Time Automatic Cargo Evacuation System (e-FTS and Enhanced Freight Transport System). As per the agreement, Deendayal Port Authority will serve as the client, while DMRC will act as the lead member. Oil India has entered into a partnership with Bharat Petroleum Corporation (BPCL) and Numaligarh Refinery (NRL) to boost growth across refining, petrochemicals, and logistics infrastructure. The tie-up is for building the Rs 1 lakh crore integrated Ramayapatnam Greenfield Refinery & Petrochemical project. Besides, OIL has also signed a pact with BPCL and NRL for a Rs 3,500 crore cross-country product evacuation pipeline following the NRL refinery expansion. Dr V Prasada Raju has resigned as Managing Director and Director of Cohance Lifesciences, effective October 29. Dr Raju, in his resignation letter, cited personal priorities and a desire to continue his learning journey as reasons for his departure. The Board has approved the appointment of Himanshu Agarwal, the company’s current Chief Financial Officer, as an Additional Director. Agarwal will be designated as a Whole-time Director and Chief Financial Officer, effective October 29, for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval through a postal ballot. ArisUnitern RE Solutions, a subsidiary of ArisInfra Solutions, has announced strategic partnerships with Mumbai-based Transcon Group and Bengaluru-based Amogaya Projects to strengthen its integrated model across material supply and value-added services, aiming to unlock over Rs 12,000 crore in real estate value. PNB Housing Finance has appointed Executive Director Jatul Anand as interim leader following the resignation of MD and CEO Girish Kousgi, effective October 28, 2025.
