Nearly 15 million children aged 13 to 15 are using e-cigarettes worldwide, according to a new World Health Organisation (WHO) report. The findings reveal that teenagers are nine times more likely to vape than adults, marking a worrying rise in nicotine addiction that could reverse decades of progress in tobacco control.
