Who Is FBI Season 8's New Agent? Juliana Aidén Martinez's Eva Ramos Explained

After its latest loss, FBI season 8 introduces a brand new agent in Eva Ramos. As part of CBS' 2025-2026 TV schedule, Dick Wolf's only show on the network is not immune to the many changes that its NBC peers are also going through. The cancelations of FBI: Most Wanted and FBI: International were shocking, to say the least, considering how popular both spinoffs were. That said, the flagship remains strong, being the highest-rated Wolf Entertainment series on network TV — an impressive feat, considering that it is also the youngest among all the ongoing shows. Despite that, FBI is not immune to changes. Tiffany Kane's exit started a domino effect on Scola's seemingly unending hunt for a new partner. A new chapter in the search started immediately after Rhodes' death in the FBI season 8 premiere. Coming into the new episode, "Boy Scout," fans are greeted with a new but familiar face — especially for those who watch other shows in the Dick Wolf universe. There's hope that this new agent may just be Scola's permanent partner moving forward. Eva Ramos Is FBI's Newest Agent After its attempt to set up its CIA spinoff with an agent from the agency, FBI season 8 moves on with "Boy Scout," which will see a few exciting things. So far, Jubal has been able to take over the team's operations on his own, with Maggie, OA, and Scola doing the best that they could on the ground, all while waiting for Isobel's return. CBS opted to confirm her fate in the premiere rather than delaying an answer, and in FBI season 8, episode 3, she officially returns to work. The case revolves around a beaten man found on federal land, with the focus clearly on Scola meeting his new partner, Juliana Aidén Martinez's Eva Ramos. CBS crafts a very interesting background for the new character, as she was initially a prosecutor and then with the FBI violent crime and narcotics division. Now, she is joining the New York field office as its latest member. It has just been an episode, and it's clear that Eva and Scola have great chemistry. Where You Know Juliana Aidén Martinez From: Movies & TV Shows With a decade of projects under her belt, Martinez has appeared in a myriad of on-screen projects. She has built an impressive roster of guesting stint for some of the most popular network TV shows including appearances in NBC's The Mysteries of Laura and The Blacklist. She also appeared in ABC's 9-1-1, as part of a Bobby Nash-centric outing in 2024. On the big screen, she was in Tar Pit and Boundary. That said, Martinez's stint as Junior Detective Kate Silva in Law & Order: SVU season 26 effectively brought her into Wolf Entertainment universe. While she has only been on the network TV institution for 1 season, she made an excellent impression, hence why she was transferred to FBI as, hopefully, Scola's permanent partner.
