Which ‘Love Is Blind’ season 9 couples got married?

Season 9 of “Love Is Blind” will live on in infamy. Since the season premiered on Oct. 1, viewers have pointed out that the cast might be one of the strangest in “Love Is Blind” history. You know things are bad when perhaps the most normal guy on the cast, Jordan Keltner, starts every morning by putting a piece of baked chicken breast in the blender with a lemon Crystal Light package. It was a bumpy ride, but six couples ended up getting engaged on season 9 of “Love Is Blind.” Of those pairs, four broke up before wedding day. In a “Love Is Blind” first, none of the season 9 couples ended up going through with their marriages. Keep scrolling to see all the engaged couples who broke up — and why. Kacie McIntosh and Patrick Suzuki Kacie and Patrick didn’t even make it to the post-engagements group trip to Mexico. “He’s not a bad looking guy in any sense, but he deserves someone that’s obsessed with him,” Kacie told producers. “I just unfortunately don’t think my attraction to him is gonna grow that much. And it sucks.” However, Kacie told Patrick a different story. “They’re asking me if it’s anything to do with what you look like, and I’m just like, ‘No,’” she tearfully told Patrick while informing him she wanted to leave the show. She also continued to kiss and hug Patrick, causing viewers to call her out for “gaslighting.” Kacie admitted that her behavior “was like gaslighting” during an interview with People. Let’s go home.’ I just didn’t want to say that right then in that moment.” Annie Lancaster and Nick Amato Nick and Annie got along well in Mexico, but things took a turn when Annie began doubting Nick’s love for her and repeatedly telling him he wasn’t as invested as she was. Nick decided to end things before the wedding, but Annie didn’t want to hear it. “I don’t need you to tell me no right now … get out of your head and just, like, be in this and love me,” she told him. Despite Annie’s pleas, Nick decided to walk away from their engagement. Madison Maidenberg and Joe Ferrucci Joe and Madison had a lot of heated arguments on “Love Is Blind,” so it wasn’t much of a surprise when Joe ended things prior to their wedding day. Madison pressed Joe to give her a reason for his decision, but he simply told her that she wasn’t the right person for him. He previously told cameras that he’s normally into “thinner women” in the real world. “Honestly, from that comment, I kind of developed an eating disorder moving forward,” Madison revealed during an October appearance on the “Viall Files” podcast. She added that is “healthy” now despite Joe’s “really hurtful” comments.” Megan Walerius and Jordan Keltner Although they seemed like the season’s strongest couple, Jordan and “Sparkle Megan” didn’t make it to the altar. Megan ultimately realized that she wants a partner with a more flexible schedule, someone she can travel with. She grew frustrated with Jordan’s restrictive 9-5 job and how tired he was after getting home each day. “Initially I leaned into opposites attract, but I still have reservations. That’s not how I should feel going into my wedding,” Megan told Jordan during their emotional breakup. READ MORE: ‘Love Is Blind’ alums host vow renewal ceremony Jordan told cameras that he thinks Megan’s decision came down to his financial situation. “She has enough money to live the rest of her life without ever working again, and I don’t. If I had enough money that I didn’t really have to work, I think we would be getting married,” he said. “I wish I didn’t introduce her to my son, [Luca]. I feel like she doesn’t love me for me, and that’s the closure I need.” Anton Yarosh and Ali Lima Ali had concerns about Anton’s drinking habits and his cagey demeanor when she tried to discuss it with him, but Anton still seemed blindsided when Ali turned him down at the altar. After Anton said “I do,” there was a long pause. Ali then revealed, “I can’t be your wife.” “I feel like the person that I fell in love with in the pods isn’t the person I’ve gotten to experience in real life,” Ali said before walking out of the wedding ceremony. “I don’t feel like he was super forthcoming about his lifestyle. Drinking, partying, how active he is, how healthy he eats,” Ali told cameras after making her decision. “Some of the information that I learned about Anton through his friends threw off my perspective of him.” Anton, meanwhile, said we wasn’t sure if it was his “looks” or “vibes” that Ali didn’t think matched up with the person she met in the pods. Kalybriah Haskim and Edmond Harvey Kalybriah tried to let Edmond down gently when she turned him down at the altar. After Edmond said “I do,” Kalybriah began crying, causing Edmond to groan in pain. “I’m so sorry. You deserve someone that is 100 percent at the altar, and I’m not 100 percent right now,” Kalybriah sad. “And my ‘no’ doesn’t mean that I don’t love you. It doesn’t mean that I don’t accept you.” Despite saying he was “not OK,” Edmond walked back down the aisle hand in hand with Kalybriah. Kalybriah called Emond a “big stepping stone in my life” whom she will “never forget.” The “Love Is Blind” season 9 reunion premieres on Netflix on Wednesday, Oct. 29.
