The Rutgers Scarlet Knights will travel to Minneapolis today for a Big Ten matchup with the Minnesota Golden Gophers.

The Scarlet Knights are 3-1 and are coming off a 38-28 loss to Iowa last week in their conference opener. Former Minnesota and current Rutgers starting quarterback Athan Kaliakmanis will face his former team on the road today. Kaliakmanis completed 24 of 40 passes for 330 yards against Iowa and rushed for two touchdowns. He also had an ill-timed interception that the Hawkeyes took advantage of to seal their victory.
The Golden Gophers are 2-1 and are also coming off a loss, having been defeated 27-14 by Cal last week. Quarterback Drake Lindsey completed 19 of 32 passes for 205 yards, one touchdown and one interception in the loss.
