The Detroit Red Wings look to come away with a winning record in California on Sunday evening, as they continue their Western Conference road trip against the San Jose Sharks. The Red Wings were feeling good after the first couple of games in their five-game road trip. The team took care of the St. Louis Blues last Tuesday, before hanging on to beat the Los Angeles Kings in a shootout on Thursday night. However, the team hit a speed wobble in the second of their run through the Golden State, as they did not have the offensive mustard to beat the Anaheim Ducks, falling 5-2 in the second half of a back-to-back. RED WINGS STREAMING OPTIONS It was another rough game for John Gibson, who, even in his return to face his old team, gave up four goals, further showing that Cam Talbot is the No. 1 goaltender for this Detroit team. Yet, a win on Sunday would not just give the Wings a winning record in Death Valley, but it would also mean they will end up over .500 on their road trip, overall. They take on a Sharks team that has been one of the NHL’s worst over the past few years, but with young stars like Macklin Celebrini in the fold, they have been an exciting team to watch.
